Fredericksburg Lodge No. 4 opens Lodge on the 1st degree (Entered Apprentice) and receives Most Worshipful William (Bill) E. Rorer Jr. Grand Master of Masons in Virginia at the National Boy Scout Jamboree in Fort A.P. Hill Bowling Green, VA. During their 100 year celebration.
